PETE STAPLES, bass guitarist/songwriter/singer of the legendary 60's
band, THE TROGGS, talks about his book, WILD THING - A ROCKY ROAD and
his professional "roller coaster ride " during his time with The Troggs.
Staples played on all The Troggs' hits: "Wild Thing," "Love Is All
Around," "With A Girl Like You," and so many others. Here he talks with
host Steve Ludwig (of Steve Ludwig's Classic Pop Culture at
PlanetLudwig.com) of his life before and after The Troggs, including how
he was fired from the band for simply asking where all the money went,
shortly after he had gotten married. His story is, at times, hilarious,
and at times, gut-wrenching.
